Today I want to tell you how I prepare baked cheesecakes for breakfast.
With such a breakfast, you will be full and you will not be drawn to the refrigerator until lunchtime.
In order not to waste time in the morning, when you have to get ready for work, or if you don’t want to mess around in the morning, you can prepare the workpiece in the evening. I lay out the dough for cheesecakes in baking tins, cover with food wrap and put in the refrigerator.
In the morning, first of all I put it in the oven and turn on the timer and you can do your morning chores.
25 minutes and hot, delicious cheesecakes are ready - you can enjoy.
✅The following ingredients will be needed:
- cottage cheese 5% - 150 g,
- 1 chicken egg - 60 g,
- whole grain flour (I have rice) - 30 g,
- a pinch of vanillin and baking powder,
- 2-3 sachets of sweetener or 10-15 g of sugar,
- half a small banana - 40 g.
Let's cook!
We develop an egg in a bowl with cottage cheese, add sweetener, vanillin and knead well.
Add baking powder to the flour, mix, and then stir in the curd.
The dough is ready.
Cut half a small banana into round slices.
Put some dough in a mold, then a banana and close the banana on top with dough.
I got 4 cheesecakes from the specified number of products - this is one serving for a hearty breakfast.
We put the cheese cakes in the oven, preheated to 180 graus for 25 minutes.
As time passes, we get out and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
