Here I share my experience of losing weight, I hope that it will be useful to you too.

Let's get to know you. My name is Anya, I am 38 years old. And I began to lose weight in May 2018 from 132 kilograms with an increase of 172 cm.

Can you imagine?! 132 kg! You ask how it was possible to come to this. And how did the huge number of people all over the world get on?

Personally, I will say to myself that I have been on diets and hunger strikes all my life. In my youth, constant diets gave me the opportunity to keep my weight normal. But over time, thanks to various diets and even weekly hunger strikes on the water, I acquired a bunch of sores and planted my digestive tract.

He put his hand to the stomach problem and the nutritionist, thanks to whom I now can not eat white cabbage.

Over time, each diet ends, and everything that you managed to throw off comes back again and well, if not in larger quantities. And more often the extra pounds come back with friends! And if during the diet there was a breakdown - then in general "mascara light" - zagor for many days is guaranteed.

That's how the kilograms ate. Until one day the understanding came that it was necessary to change the lifestyle and eating habits, and not look for a newfangled diet that promises to lose 20 kilograms in a week.

So I came to the correct nutrition (well, almost correct, about PP) and a calorie deficit. And this is the only way that really helped me say goodbye to being overweight, while I was delicious and satisfying.

There are not so many extra pounds left and I continue my way to harmony.

Today, on a check weighing, the balance showed me:

Even - 300 g per week after the plateau - pleases.

I'll tell you about my menu today.

Yesterday evening I baked myself an oat-banana muffin with apples for today's breakfast - a great replacement for cereals, for those who do not like them as much as I do. It turns out not porridge, but a healthy dessert!

A slice of oat-banana cake for breakfast (90 g) and a couple of sandwiches on whole grain bread (35 g) with turkey pastroma (60 g) and a breakfast of 360 kcal.

After breakfast, immediately to work, it was necessary to finish urgent and then you can devote time to making recipes.

By the way, thanks to everyone who sent me their recipes in VK, I will definitely prepare, arrange and publish everything in turn.

I decided to publish your recipes once a week. This week there was a wonderful strudel recipe from Anya.

Well, I'm still open and waiting for your favorite recipes that you would like to share.

For a snack, today my favorite combination is a cucumber (100g) and lightly salted fish (40g). The only thing missing is cottage cheese, it's over. And I ate the apple a little later. I drank green tea while working at the computer.

The snack turned out to be 160 kcal.

I had everything ready for lunch today. Yesterday I cooked lentil soup, which I warmed for lunch (350 g) with 55 g of chicken drumstick meat. And there was a salad with beets, pickled cucumber and peas (100 g), which I seasoned with PP mayonnaise (25 g).

I got lunch for 360 kcal.

In the evening I really wanted an omelet, and with all sorts of delicious additives. I kneaded the omelet bomb! 2 eggs, 50 g of milk, 50 g of suluguni, 60 g of tomato, green tea, hops-suneli. Yummy!

Dinner for 390 kcal.

During the day I got 1265 kcal. B108, Zh55, U92.

I don't forget about the drinking regime.
