Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

Today I want to share with you a simple recipe, but so delicious!

Recently I bought a very profitable turkey drumstick fillet and decided to cook it right away.

One of my favorite foods before there was a dish - pork fried with onions in spices. And not without a sea of ​​oil. A fatty dish!

And I decided to try something similar to cook from a turkey drumstick.

It turned out very tasty! Delicate and aromatic meat, lightly fried without oil, just melts in your mouth.

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • turkey drumstick fillet (600 g),
  • 2 large onions (220 g)
  • 3 medium cloves of garlic (10 g)
  • salt and black pepper.

A minimum of ingredients, but how delicious!

✅Cooking.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

We pass to the stove.

I use a non-stick saucepan.

Put the turkey in a preheated pan and simmer under the lid, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

We don't add any oil.

In order not to burn, you can add a little water.

When the turkey is almost cooked and soft when pressed, salt and pepper, add the onion and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes.

Then we fry without a lid, stirring and making sure not to burn.

All excess liquid should be evaporated, and the meat and onions should be fried in their own juice.

At the very end, add finely chopped garlic, cover with a lid and let stand for a few minutes.

It took about 45 minutes to cook, taking into account the cutting of the food. At the same time, potatoes are baked as a side dish in the oven.
