My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of60 kg.

My breakfast today is sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (75 g) with cottage cheese (15 g) and fish paste (35 g) and with squash caviar (60 g). She washed down the sandwiches with green tea.
It turned out breakfast for 390 kcal.
I baked bread for myself, so now sandwiches are a frequent guest at my breakfast.
Today is a busy day in terms of work. If yesterday I took a little rest from the computer, today I spend the whole day with it, with breaks for meals and cooking.
I baked oatmeal cookies last night. I decided to bake it because there are a lot of questions about oatmeal.
You bought it and don't know what to do with it? I decided to fly to your aid. Yes, yes, like a witch on a broomstick (I "eat" and lose weight - a witch!) Pure witch🤣. We are all a little bit of a witch here with you.
I only had a bite while working, without being distracted.
And for a snack I had 2 cookies (80 g) and 10 g each of peanuts and dried cranberries. It turned out to be a snack for 240 kcal.
I also had to cook dinner. But it all took me 15 minutes. the oven and stove did the rest for me.
For lunch - 200 g of boiled potatoes and 110 g of baked mackerel with onions, lemon and dill. And 100 g of tomato.
It turned out lunch for 385 kcal.
I don’t recognize myself! I eat fish and I can't stop. I have eaten so much fish lately as I have not eaten in half a year (I don’t consider my favorite lightly salted fish). What's going on?
Of course, I have this with different products - I eat, I eat some product all the time, and then interest in it disappears for a long time. But this is the first time with fish, I don't really like it.
Today I decided that for a long time I had not had bran in my diet. It would be necessary to cleanse the body a little. On me (and not only on me) bran acts like a broom. It is important to drink enough water along with the bran.
After lunch - 10 g (I decided to start with a small amount, or maybe no more than 30-40 g per day) rye bran - 30 kcal.
For dinner, I have chicken breast in yogurt with a cheese crust (120 g) and seaweed with garlic (55 g), dressed with 20 g of sour cream 10%.
Dinner turned out to be 320 kcal.
In just a day - 1365 kcal.
Drinking regimen: a glass on an empty stomach, a glass before meals and during the day at will and as the water comes across.
I also remembered that I had not remembered for a long time about a wonderful product for the skin - blue clay.
In the evening I found half an hour to take care of myself. I have already said that blue clay helps me a lot with skin tightening and in general the skin after masks with clay is wonderful. Here's a direct advice to those who do not want to get stretched skin.
And I also liked this oil from a well-known budget store.
There I also buy blue clay and thick hair oil in buckets. This is if someone is interested in some budgetary care products.
