Some even had free time - as much as 9 days!

After all, you honor you and most of them have trouble - there is no time for themselves🤷♂️.

I chose my path almost 2 years ago. After eternal diets and hunger strikes, the transition to proper nutrition and a small calorie deficit seemed like heaven to me!
And when I began to understand that it really works, and besides, I eat, and do not starve and do not dream of something tasty at night, I realized that I could not break down again. And I could!
To date, I have lost weight from 132 kg to 71-72 kg. That's minus 60 kg! And I'm not going to return to my past life!
What a happiness it is to flutter like a butterfly, and not sweat and suffer from shortness of breath, what happiness it is to forget about many sores that extra weight brings, what a joy it is to buy things that you like, and not those that are somehow on you fit.
Feeling the benefits of life without excess weight, you will not want to go back. No step back!
I wish everyone who cannot pull themselves together and regain their former shape - cope with themselves, defeat laziness and start acting! Everything will definitely work out!

I'll tell you about my Friday menu.
For breakfast I have a sweet biscuit - this is my favorite curd dough and apples with cinnamon (210 g) - 415 kcal.
I drank green tea with jasmine with a biscuit.
Yesterday I made biscuits for the family for tea, and left one for myself for breakfast. And if not to say that the dish is from a series of proper nutrition - everyone eats everything perfectly and is also praised!
Many people do not understand the work and its payment, including me, there are problems. Let's hope for the best, now the main thing is not to get sick, to maintain your immunity and to have less contact with people.
But there is time for yourself and household chores.
I've decided that I will do wet cleaning with disinfectants more often. It may be stupidity, but the soul is calmer, and this is not unimportant!
Today I had a snack of rye bran (15 g) with green tea and orange (150 g).
It turned out to be a snack for 100 kcal.
For lunch, we ate a cheese rash (450 kcal) and 25 g of homemade rye whole grain bread.
Lunch at 305 kcal.
In the evening we decided to run out into the street, to our place, where we always have picnics and quickly smoke a fish. We recently bought a smokehouse and really wanted to try it out. Just in time for dinner, the fish will be ready, and potatoes will be cooked at home.
Let us pamper ourselves a little.
Another positive point in the location of our residential complex is its remoteness from the city limits, there is no huge flow of people on the street and a huge plus is the pine forest that surrounds us.

Let's assume that today I have a harmful cheat meal😉
Having smoked a fish, we went home, at home and had dinner.
Dinner - 150 g of hot smoked mackerel and 100 g of boiled potatoes. And of course I tried 20 g of brisket.
Dinner - 705 kcal.
In total, 1525 kcal were obtained in a day.
We went to bed late and a very hearty dinner, well, in no way affected me, do not worry.
And anticipating angry comments about "staying at home and not sticking out your nose", and they will certainly be, and especially from those who themselves wander the crowded streets:
we sit at home and do not stick our nose out.
And at this hour, when we went out into the forest in the evening, we did not meet anyone on our way in our wilderness. How many people did you meet when you went out for bread today?
I observe the drinking regime every day, I do physical education at home.
Ahead of the week, which was officially declared a day off.
All health, tranquility and good mood!
