I also thought so and tortured myself with hunger strikes and diets.
How long can we hold out on a starvation diet? Of course not. And we get a breakdown and another jam and weight gain.
But now I know for sure: to lose weight - you have to eat! Eat tasty, satisfying, balanced.
My menu today is as follows.
There are still stocks left and for now I can please myself with my favorite osyanoblin with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted fish (80 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.
I prepared the oatmeal as follows: I ground 25 g of dry oatmeal, added an egg, 50 ml of milk, a pinch of salt and soda. She mixed everything and baked in a pan on both sides.
We had wonderful weather today. I don't have a lot of work, self-isolation does not allow me to go for a walk, and I did not want to wash the windows. Here is lazy. The weather is good, but there is no desire to wash the windows.
Does it happen with you? Making plans, figuring out what to do tomorrow. And then comes that "tomorrow", and you sit and are not going to translate your plans into reality😒.
So I quietly sat at the computer until a snack. I did a bit of work, hung a bit in the comments, answering your questions.
And for a snack, I finished 90 g chicken breast salad with beans, filling it with 30 g of sour cream 10% and took an orange, which I ate during the day (so that I would not be unaccounted for, I immediately weigh something and write it down in the calorie counter and eat it calmly, without fear of going over).
The snack came out on 165 kcal.
Today I ran out into the street several times, finally brought the masks that I ordered. And then my supply of disposable masks ran out, everything was given to my husband to work.
And now I look at people on the streets, and there are more and more of them, unlike the first week of self-isolation, and I look at the statistics of infection, which is also becoming more and more. And only 🤷♂️.
The last plate of cheese soup I have left. Tomorrow I will have to cook something for a few days. I think it will be some kind of soup again.
Lunch - a plate of cheese soup (410 g) and two rye bread (20 g).
It turned out lunch for 320 kcal.
And after lunch she poured green tea, took 20 g of dark chocolate and went to work at the computer. Chocolate - 110 kcal.
I had time for work before dinner, which still had to be cooked.
I made a chicken roll with vegetables and cheese - very tasty. I bought some spinach the other day and wanted to make spaghetti with it. But everything changed in an instant - and we got a chicken roll.
Dinner - a piece of chicken roll (200 g) and vegetable salad (tomato and cucumber, lettuce - only 150 g), seasoned with 5 g of sunflower oil - 370 kcal.
And in just a day, it turned out 1385 kcal.
During the day, I drink my 2 liters of water and even more. Before, like many, I could not drink water and did not even think that I would drink it in liters. But in two years, the lifestyle has completely changed, as well as the eating habits.
I try to devote time to physical education every day.
Today is not exactly a moment of glory, but I would like to discuss this comment with you.
Honestly, I didn't understand what the person wanted from me. And in general, why did he write such a text, what did he mean by that?
He or his wife (if there is one) does not think about what the family will eat, does not think about what to cook for a few days? Doesn't buy food or cook with it? They go to work for 2 hours a day, work for 8 hours (no one except them works and does not go to work). They feed on holy spirit. We do not know what they do in the remaining 4 hours of their free time and I don’t even want to think about it.

And then I realized that this is a typical excuse for lazy people who find it easier to blame everything on employment, lack of money (after all, losing weight is expensive (no)), on the global crisis and something else.
But we never admit our own laziness and desire to eat tasty and a lot.
And to understand that in any case they waste time on cooking, as well as on a grocery trip?
Only we buy different products and in different quantities. And if I buy a kilogram of my favorite red oranges for 150 rubles per week, they will buy a kilogram of their favorite sweets for 300 rubles, or even more for a couple of days. So which is more expensive? Lose weight or get fat?
