We do not know what the next day has in store for us.
But we know that we can do for ourselves in this difficult time - it is to devote maximum time to our health.
And since overweight is one of the main enemies of health and a risk factor (according to the Ministry of Health, obese people do not tolerate the virus well), let's focus our efforts on getting rid of excess weight.
The best contribution is a contribution to yourself and your health.
But no amount of diets and hunger strikes will bring us health. Yes, the weight will go away, but most likely it will return as soon as we return to the previous diet.
To stay healthy, lean and energized, you need to start by gradually changing your lifestyle and eating habits.
A calorie deficit will help you to lose weight tasty and satisfying.
My menu for Saturday.
In the morning I didn't want to cook anything, which means you can just eat your favorite sandwiches on whole grain homemade bread (60 g) with cottage cheese (20 g) and fish paste (40 g), as well as squash caviar (70 d).
Breakfast is not breakfast without green tea.
Happened 390 kcal.
What to do on a day off, when you have to stay at home, and even the weather suggests that you do not need to go outside?
Watch movies, have fun at home with your family.
So we just relaxed and watched the show.
I had a snack between times fruit: orange (70 g) and kiwi (160 g).
And then a rye loaf (10 g) with processed cheese (25 g) was used.
And I will immediately indicate here 30 g of peanuts, which I left during the day.
Bread and peanuts begged for being unaccounted for, but I struggle with being unaccounted for and write everything down at once.
Total snacks spent 360 kcal.
In general, taking into account the fact that I planned cabbage soup for lunch, which contain very few calories, I can afford such snacks.
Lunch - a plate of cabbage soup (420 g) with 60 g of soft fat-free curd (it just so happened that there was only such curd, usually I don't buy fat-free products).
It turned out lunch for 135 kcal.
For dinner, 100 g of boiled buckwheat and chicken roll with spinach and cheese (200 g) and 100 g of cherry.
It turned out to be a dinner for 400 kcal.
One man asked me in the comments: "Why does everyone who loses weight use cherry?" Do you know why I use cherry? Because they are tastier than plastic tomatoes, and the price is more economical than buying expensive, more or less good tomatoes. But for others I will not say how much they use cherry.
Dinner was early, as usual at 5 pm, so in the evening I drank tea with 25 g of dried cranberries. - 80 kcal.
In total, 1365 kcal came out in a day.
I drank my water intake. It is recommended to drink 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day.
