Most of my day today was in the kitchen.
I already told you that I will cook a honey cake according to a family recipe for our anniversary with my husband.
I had to get up early this morning.
I like to plan and manage my time rationally. Therefore, even yesterday evening, so as not to waste time on preparing breakfast, I prepared a dough for cheesecakes, and in the morning, getting up from the bed, I immediately sent a mold with cheesecakes to bake in the oven. By the time I finished all my morning chores, I had a delicious breakfast ready - cheese cakes with banana filling.
A portion of cheesecakes with 10 g of sour cream 10% turned out to be 410 kcal.
Of course, you could just eat sandwiches (5 minutes and you're done), but for a long time I wanted cheese cakes and there is nothing difficult to prepare breakfast in my spare minute in the evening.
Immediately after breakfast, I took up the cake. I made the dough, insisted on it.
While the dough was insisting (it took an hour), I did a little work at the computer. I knew that now there would be free time only after lunch, so urgent matters had to be done in that hour. It's good that there isn't much work to do. Or rather bad, of course. But now many have it.
And then from 11 to 13 o'clock she was busy in the kitchen, baking a cake.
While making the cake, I had a snack with an apple (130 g) - 60 kcal.
I collected the cake by lunchtime.
Except for a couple of remaining chicken cutlets with cottage cheese, I had nothing. And I needed a side dish, but not very high in calories.
Peking cabbage saved. I just chopped the vegetables, put them in a saucepan, added spices and left to stew.
While cleaning the kitchen - the side dish is ready, you can have lunch.
Lunch - 200 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and 200 g of stewed cabbage.
And only 360 kcal for lunch.
After lunch, you can relax!
I weighed myself 10 g of almonds, 20 g of chocolate, poured green tea and went to rest, working at the computer.
Tea with almonds and chocolate - 170 kcal.
For dinner I made a salad with chicken breast and pineapple.
I haven't eaten such a salad for a long time, but here is just an open jar of canned pineapples.
200 g of lettuce, dressed with 60 g of soft curd mixed with 5 g of Bavarian mustard - 315 kcal
By the way, about the mustard. I tried to season salads with different types of mustard - both regular and Dijon and French. But it is with Bavarian mustard, in my opinion, that the most delicious dressing is obtained.
And in the evening, resting and watching, the series drank tea with 60 g of apple strudel in pita bread - 90 kl.
Let me remind you that we have dinner at about 17 o'clock (and this is not because we need to have dinner before 18, this is a myth).
Therefore, 2-3 hours before bedtime, I have a snack with dried fruits. But today I decided to eat some strudel that I was preparing for the family.
The simplest recipe, but delicious so that everyone eats, and not just those who are losing weight.
In just a day I got it 1410 kcal. I tried to drink water, but I don't remember if I drank my rate in today's whirlwind.
Today has passed without physical education, except for half a day on my feet at the stoveπ.
Another week and I will decide what to do next. In April, I raised the calorie intake to 1400 and even a little more on average. The weight has risen and does not want to decrease.
It seems that I need to take a break from the deficit (and 1400 is still a deficit for me), but at the same time I would also lose 5 kilograms.
Iβm thinking, continue to increase the calorie intake and rest, tightening the skin, or still return to 1300 and try to get rid of the excess.
