So, each of us has a daily rate of energy required by the body. Energy = Calories. The norm is easy to calculate using online counters, indicating your parameters (weight, height, age).

For weight loss comfortable, slow (and slow weight loss is very important for both health and your skin) and, at the same time, tasty and satisfying - it is enough to set yourself only a 15% deficit of norms.

We consider the calorie content of food eaten per day (many applications on the phone to count calories to help), do not exceed our calorie intake, taking into account the deficit and lose weight. The balance of BJU - proteins, fats, carbohydrates is also important for the well-being and functioning of the body.

I turn to my menu for the day.

Breakfast is sandwiches.

Unfortunately, I forgot that I ran out of homemade whole grain bread and didn't bake it myself in advance. Therefore, for sandwiches, I used Ukrainian purchased bread (45 g) and homemade ham (100 g). I also cut off 50 g of sausage cheese for tea.

I love to drink tea with cheese.

My breakfast went out to 375 kcal.

Usually, on Monday, my first half of the day is household, and then work at the computer and everything else.

But today I was lazy. Well, I don’t want to clean up, and I feel that I will not have time to redo all my work if I do cleaning.

The only thing that I was not too lazy was to allocate time for the simulator - 15 minutes on the ellipse is enough for me.

I try to keep my food intake. Fortunately, working from home gives me some advantages and I can allocate time as I see fit.

And now closer to the time of the snack, I wanted tea with something sweet, curd. Just a little cottage cheese remained in the refrigerator, which should have already been used.

And in a few minutes, using a mixer, I mixed cottage cheese, cocoa, egg white and sweetener. I put the curd mass in a silicone mold, decorated with blackberries and baked in the oven for 180 g for 30 minutes.

Yesterday I prepared in advance for a few days and lunch and dinner. Therefore, I can not think about what to cook today, and for tomorrow there is a meal for a couple of meals.

Lunch - a plate of pea soup (450 g) - 260 kcal.

After lunch, measured 50 g of Iranian dates - 80 kcal, which I ate with tea both in the afternoon and in the evening. Remember that the last meal is 3 hours before bedtime.

Sometimes questions arise about the calorie content of dates. Someone thinks that I underestimate their calorie content.
But I want to note that I have dates in the manufacturer's packaging, each time from different manufacturers. And on the packaging is indicated KBZHU dates, which is almost the same for all manufacturers. And I will trust the data on the product packaging. And this is my choice.

For dinner - buckwheat with chicken breast and vegetables (250 g) and 50 g of pickled cucumbers - well, I really wanted cucumbers.

Dinner went out on 375 kcal.

During the day I ate 15 g of hazelnuts and this 105 kcal.

In total, in a day it turned out 1425 kcal.

Well, one more comment for an example, just caught my eye today. And why does everyone think that there must be extra skin up to the knees?

Of course I could tell you that:

  • you need to lose weight slowly, especially with a lot of weight,
  • it is necessary to take care of the skin intensively during the period of weight loss - do wraps, self-massage, contrast shower, scrubbing, apply vitamins A and E together with body creams,
  • do physical education,
  • at the same time, each skin regeneration takes place individually, taking into account the age of losing weight and the characteristics of the body.
  • it takes time for the skin to tighten, and for the most part this process takes place after losing weight, when the weight stands still.

In addition, I could tell you that I am still not happy with my skin and repeatedly talked about this, as well as talked about the fact that now I am going through, among other things, a course of turpentine baths at home. And also that I stopped the process of losing weight, I raise the calorie content so that the body can rest.

I'd rather tell all this again to you, those who constantly read and apply something to themselves, using my experience, avoiding my mistakes.

But everyone sees what he wants to see, without thinking about the fact that choosing the appropriate clothes can hide and fix a lot (for example, a photo in jeans from the same collage).
