Delicious and satisfying weight loss is not a dream. This is the reality that is possible in calorie counting. Briefly for reference:

Today I want to tell you how the other day I prepared a cottage cheese dessert for a snack, in a portion of which as much as 28.4 g of protein!

And it is very tasty and even useful for our female beauty, and I'll tell you why at the end of this article.

✅Used the following ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 5% - 100 g,
  • milk 2.5% - 100 g,
  • edible gelatin - 5 g,
  • 5 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • cocoa - 10 g,
  • vanillin at will,
  • apricots - 50 g.

Cooking!

We heat milk, but do not boil it.

Pour gelatin into the milk, mix well and let it swell.

Meanwhile, mix the curd, cocoa and sweetener. Vanillin can also be added if desired.

Next, add milk with gelatin to the curd mass and beat well.

Do not be lazy and punch the cottage cheese well so that there are no lumps and the mass becomes homogeneous - it will be more pleasant for you to enjoy the dessert.

We take a portioned bowl (I have a regular glass).

We spread the apricot cut into small cubes on the bottom, fill it with curd mass - we make several layers of apricots.

We put it in the refrigerator. It took me 3 hours and the dessert was ready!
