Today I want to offer you a recipe for meatballs with mozzarella in a creamy sauce.

A hearty and tasty dish that will suit any side dish: TSP spaghetti, cereals, and potatoes.

✅I needed the following products:

  • minced chicken breast (2 medium fillets) - 500 g,
  • egg,
  • mozzarella (mini balls - 12 pieces) - 145 g,
  • onion 1 piece - 100 g,
  • soft cottage cheese 1 tbsp - 65 g,
  • milk 2.5% - 200 ml,
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic, marjoram, oregano, juniper seasoning.

Cooking.

Turn the chicken breast into minced meat.

Add chicken egg, soft cottage cheese and spices generously to the minced meat. We knead well.

We prepare mini mozzarella, taking out about 12 balls for this amount of minced meat.

With minced meat, you need to work with your hands dipped in water.

We take the minced meat a little more than a tablespoon, distribute it in the palm of the hand with a flat cake. Place a mozzarella ball in the middle and close the ball with minced meat, placing it in the middle of the meteball.

Having formed the mitballs, go to the stove.

You can bake meatballs in the oven.

But I like to fry them on a drop of oil until golden brown over high heat.

Moreover, now I have an oil sprayer, with which it is very convenient to dose oil.

Set aside the fried meatballs.

In another frying pan (it is better to use a stewpan with high sides) fry the onion until golden brown on a drop of oil.

We spread the mitballs to the onion.

And fill it with milk mixed with a pinch of dry garlic, black pepper and salt.

I used 150g of milk. If you want more sauce, add more milk.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Meatballs with mozzarella in a creamy sauce are ready.

Serve with any side dish. I had durum spaghetti. It will be very tasty with buckwheat, bulgur, young potatoes.
