Not everyone is able to withstand a strict diet and restrictions on their favorite foods.

But sometimes losing weight is a health issue that needs to be addressed urgently.

In my opinion, the most comfortable way to control nutrition and not harm your health is by counting calories and maintaining the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the body. It was calorie counting that helped me lose weight when I was desperate.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

For breakfast I decided to make myself a quick chocolate oatmeal with cottage cheese and banana. Sweet oatmeal is not my favorite, I like it more with lightly salted fish and curd cheese. But there is no fish.

But I wanted something like a cake. But I decided not to waste time on a cake, but to cook just oatmeal with filling. I used 30 g of milk, 20 g of oatmeal, 1 chicken egg, 5 g of cocoa, a pinch of salt and 1 sachet of sahzam. And in the filling 60 g of banana and soft cottage cheese.

Breakfast turned out to be 330 kcal.

Monday - and again a working week. Although I often have days off with work, but what can I do. But I can use my free time every day at my own discretion and arrange the day as it is convenient for me.

And today I am actively working from the very early morning so that after lunch I can devote my free time to cooking. On weekends, I practically did not cook, as there was food prepared in advance. But it's time to get some food ready for a few more days.

I only took a break for a snack. I had a snack with a piece of cod (100 g), fried in a drop of oil and a cucumber (100 g).

It turned out to be a snack for 140 kcal.

For lunch I warmed up pea soup, there was a portion of it for everyone.

A plate of pea soup (450 g) - 250 kcal.

And after dinner, having a little rest and surfing the Internet (how could I do without it), I went to the kitchen. The main thing I had to cook was minced turkey thigh and then khinkali for dinner and freezing.

And if there is time left, I will bake something of my own from ready-made puff pastry.

I was busy until dinner, tired as if I had been rolling my bags all day.

For dinner I had khinkali. The dough is made with whole grain flour, and the minced meat is made from a turkey thigh.

Three things came out at 250 g (minus the weight of the tails) - 410 kcal.

And I ate and tasted good - Georgian cuisine is my favorite. Let me have something like it turned out, but still.

In the end, it worked for me in a day 1130 kcal.

For dinner, I also had time to cook a quick puff pastry pie. So my praises of him that I decided to try a piece. Remained with me 270 kcal by the end of the day, and I decided to reward myself with a piece of pie, I think it fit perfectly, although KBZhU did not count it.

I did an experiment with puff pastry today. Baked in layers in a mold. The first layer made the dough, the second curd was whipped with egg and sugar, then the dough again, then a thin layer of raspberry jam, then a layer of dough, again a curd layer and everything completes the layer of dough.
It turned out to be a really tasty cake, and the costs are minimal. I regret not taking a picture. But I think this was not the last such cake, judging by the reviews of my family.
