There are many methods for losing weight. Almost all of them will help you lose weight.

So you sustained a diet, lost weight. What's next? In most cases, further there is a return to the usual diet, which was before the diet, which led to excess weight.

It was like that all the time. Nobody told me that you should not go on diets, but change your lifestyle and eating habits.

An elementary example of our habits is oil. Why do we put a bunch of oil in a pan to fry something on when a drop of oil is enough?

We poured 100 ml of oil into the pan - almost 900 kcal was added to the dish!

Greased the pan with 10 ml of oil - added only 90 kcal to the dish. Do you feel the difference? And so in everything.

There should be moderation in food and food control so as not to overeat. And then you will not have to look for a new diet to lose those extra pounds that have stuck to you. Extra pounds simply won't stick to you.

Calorie counting, as well as a balanced diet according to BJU helped me to lose weight and change eating habits.

When it comes to cooking, I can highlight a few things that help me maintain a calorie deficit:

  • I use less high-calorie foods when cooking - these are lean meat (chicken, turkey, lean beef, rabbit), low-fat fish (cod, pollock).
  • I bake, carcass, cook more. If something needs to be fried, then I use a minimum of oil - no more than a teaspoon.
  • we increase the portions with the help of vegetables - there are few calories, the volume is large.
  • I replace mayonnaise in salad dressing with yogurt (or soft cottage cheese, or 10% sour cream) mixed with mustard and lemon juice. If I dress the salad with oil, then again, no more than a teaspoon per serving.
  • I exclude mostly food waste: chips, crackers, soda, and so on.
  • I also eat high-calorie foods, but I enter them into my KBZhU norm for the day.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs, a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (55) with fish paste (50 g) and green tea.

Breakfast came out on 460 kcal.

Indian summer has come for us! Warm, 21-22 degrees, the sun is shining. Just beauty!

In the morning I had to run to the post office on business. I took a brisk walk with pleasure. Around the forest, the air is warm, but with the scent of autumn foliage. Today I was glad that the post office was a short walk from my house. It's nice to walk in such weather.

But you have to work, returning home - right at the computer.

During the break I washed myself some plums (280 g) on 120 kcal and ate it slowly.

How many times have I not baked anything from a plum and ate it just like that๐Ÿคฃ

This week I want the weekend to come sooner. Everything is somehow difficult for me. And I hope that next weekend I will not have urgent work and we can even go for a walk, if the weather permits.

It's only Wednesday yet, and I'm already dreaming of Saturday๐Ÿคฃ.

Slowly it was time for dinner. And my soup was cooked yesterday.

For lunch, a plate of vegetable puree soup (420 g) and 100 g of chicken ham. Happened 340 kcal.

After lunch, I poured myself green tea, took 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal, and went back to the computer. But chocolate didnโ€™t help me โ€œturn on my brainsโ€.

I got tired of work today. I barely prepared what I had to prepare today. And went to do what I love to do. Prepare. It was necessary to cook dinner, but such that everyone ate.

I couldn't think of anything better how to make a casserole with chicken breast, and baked some potatoes with aromatic herbs to it.

I had a very satisfying dinner.

100 g baked potatoes, a little tomato and 150 g casserole with chicken breast - 390 kcal.

In the end, I got a day for 1420 kcal. B - 82, F - 70, U - 103.

I observe the drinking regime. When it got cool, she began to drink water reluctantly. But I found a way out - I drink warm, slightly warming up the kettle.

You may have already forgotten, but I will remind you. I once did a mini-survey in an article. To begin with, that article was devoted in many respects to explaining that one should not starve, suffer on diets. What to eat, but approach food wisely, with moderation. That by controlling nutrition, counting calories, you can eat deliciously, not starve, and at the same time lose weight.
