The only law that works is that we spend more energy than we receive. On the right diet, you eat healthy and high-quality food, but if there is no calorie deficit, then the weight will not go away.

βœ… Losing weight is good, but it is important to maintain health and beauty.

And for this it is necessary to maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, to get all the macro and micro elements necessary for the body.

βœ…Eating comfort is important. If we are tasty and not hungry, then the process of losing weight goes on as usual, without unnecessary disruptions.

It is necessary to find the food that will be comfortable on an ongoing basis, in order not only to get the result, but also to keep it for many years.

I found my way, which led me to comfortable, tasty and not hungry weight loss, changed my eating habits and lifestyle.

I'll tell you about my menu.

Sunday breakfast: sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (55 g), with chicken breast pastrom (55 g) and boiled pork tongue (55 g).

I washed it down with green tea with jasmine, my favorite.

And everything turned out 300 kcal nand breakfast.

All Saturday we drove and walked. We'll spend Sunday at home. There is something to do at home, and you have to work.

While I was busy with household chores in the morning, I did a little work at the computer - the time flew by very quickly. And the breakfast was not that filling. By 11 o'clock I wanted to eat, and not just eat, but I wanted to have some kind of cake.

We can say that in 5 minutes I cooked a cake in the microwave. Remember the recipe? Today I used 75g banana, 1 chicken egg (55g), 10g cocoa, and a pinch of baking powder. I mixed everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass. I poured it into a ceramic mold and put it in the oven at full power for 4 minutes. She took it out of the mold, put 30 g of yogurt on top and decorated with 5 g of dried mango.

Delicious, fast and everything 220 kcal.

For lunch I boiled buckwheat and cooked chicken breast in a creamy sauce. Enough for a few days now. Everyone loves the breast in a creamy sauce - there is no need to cook anything separately for the family.

My lunch is 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 170 g of chicken breast in a creamy sauce.

Happened 350 kcal.

On a day off, you can pamper everyone with a delicious treat. I baked a French apple pie for tea, adding a little cinnamon this time.

Tea and 150 g of cake - 195 kcal.

I made a salad for dinner. I fried eggs from one egg, cut them into small pieces, added tomato (130 g), lettuce and chicken pastroma (60 g).

Seasoned with sauce: olive oil (3 g), a little lemon juice, 3 g of pesto sauce and 3 g of soy sauce.

Dinner for 265 kcal.

During the day, I ate 30 g of dried mango on 95 kcal.

As a result, the day turned out to be 1425 kcal. I drank my water norm - it is almost 2 liters.
