I have a royal breakfast today! Pancakes with caviar and curd cheese! And it doesn't matter that carp caviarπŸ˜‰ Although they once reproached me for "eating caviar" (for 40 rubles per minute), and people have no money for caviar, how can they lose weight now? Apparently not.

100 g pancakes, 30 g cottage cheese and 40 g carp caviar - 465 kcal.

After breakfast, go straight to work.

Today is my day when I have to bring the food that I ordered and have to pick it up. I had to go out for orders several times and interrupt the work process - they brought eggs, then cheese, then a pastille. It turns out that we have marshmallow in joint purchases and is cheaper than I bought.

At 11 o'clock I had a snack with an apple (200 g) - 95 kcal and drank green tea with fruit marshmallow - 50 kcal.

After the hearty pancakes, I didn't feel like eating for a long time, but the apple was, as they say, "in the hunt," and I wanted to try the pastille, I had to check the freshness.

For lunch, I gathered myself something like a hodgepodge of yesterday's stewed Peking cabbage (200 g), adding 100 g of finely chopped pork tongue to it and frying it all in a non-stick frying pan without oils. Went out lunch on 270 kcal.

According to the plan, there was still a piece of bread, but I realized that we would eat without it. But I saved calories for an evening treat, although I still did not know how I would please myself.

Lately I have been arranging a small party in the evening. If I plan the menu in advance, then I leave free calories for the evening and only in the evening I choose what to eat within the framework of KBZHU. So today, I'll see how many free calories I have left and then I'll decide how to please myself.

Dinner was prepared yesterday - and this is boiled pasta (150 g) with beef goulash (200 g - weight with broth sauce).

Dinner went out on 320 kcal.

And later in the evening I decided to please myself with a cucumber with Adyghe smoked cheese (100 g of cucumber and 50 g of cheese), and then also a chocolate bar (20 g) with tea. These are the strange "Wishlist" I had today. I really wanted smoked cheese, but decided to dilute it with cucumber. And I still can't eat chocolate, I really like it with pieces of grapefruit.

It turned out to be 245 kcal.

The result of the day is 1445 kcal. B - 80, F-55, U - 134.

Today I want to talk, perhaps even to myself, about why people take for granted everything that is done for them? Not all, of course. But lately I have met a lot of such people.

And it is worth answering to such people not the way they would like, disagreeing with their opinion, I immediately become angry and aggressive.

Very often I come across people who believe that I obliged:

  • chew them personally how they can lose weight with all their set of inhibitions, wishes, taste preferences,
  • to sketch out a menu for a week, otherwise they themselves do not succeed, there is no time, laziness and so on (and I am sorry for that). At the same time, the request sounds in the form: "Well, give me a quick menu for a week, or better for a month at once, only I don't like this and that",
  • write a menu for a week, for a month and put it in the public domain, it's more convenient for them. The answer is - there is a daily menu - take it and use it as you like. I turn out to be aggressive and angry, I do not want to help the poor unfortunate woman lose weight. A woman does not want to pay money to those who develop such menus and help to lose weight for a certain fee. The woman decided "to be a fool", suddenly give a ride.
  • every day to answer in private messages in all social networks to any question that arises in the process of losing weight and receive dissatisfaction in your address about the fact that I answer for a long time or do not answer at all,
  • and always, at the same time, you need to smile sweetly and bow.
