🥕I needed the following ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese - 60 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 small carrot - 100 g
- 150 g flour (I have 100 g whole grain rice flour and 50 g oat flour),
- 20 g of any butter (butter, vegetable. I have coconut oil),
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 g bag of vanillin, a pinch of nutmeg,
- zest of 1 orange,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5-6 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar).
🥕Cooking.
Carrots (raw) must be grated on a fine grater.
Remove the zest from the orange with a fine grater.
We mix soft cottage cheese with a chicken egg, add spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, salt), orange zest, butter (if butter, melt in advance) and sweetener. Mix everything well.
If you want a very intense spicy cookie flavor, add a little more spices than described in the ingredients.
Next, add the carrots and mix again.
Mix flour with baking powder and combine with carrot mixture.
Knead the dough. The dough is firm, soft and slightly sticky.
Roll sausage from theta, cut into 12 pieces.
We roll up the balls, flatten them into a cake and put them on a silicone mat.
We put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, be guided by your oven so that the cookies do not burn.
I got the weight of the finished dish 260 g.
Approximate KBZhU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 356, B - 11.28, F - 13, U - 47.8.
