Cooking a dietary but very tasty dish

Admin

Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

In my opinion, the most delicious and at the same time useful option for preparing dishes for losing weight is baking in the oven.

I want to share with you another recipe for fish cakes and this time we will bake them!

✅I needed the following products:

  • minced pollock (I already had minced meat) - 735 g,
  • onions - 60 g,
  • 2 medium potatoes - 140 g,
  • 2 eggs - 120 g,
  • salt, black pepper to taste.
  • kefir 50 g and paprika - for greasing cutlets.

Cooking.

The first thing to prepare is minced fish.

I had a purchased pollock mince, which I squeezed well, draining the excess water.

I just grated the onions and potatoes on a fine grater. You can grind in a blender - as it is more convenient for anyone.

Put onion and potatoes in the minced meat.

Add the chicken egg, salt and pepper to taste.

We knead the minced meat well.

We try to mold the cutlet - if the minced meat is dry and does not mold well, add 1 more egg. I added a total of 2 eggs.

Form the patties and place them on a baking sheet. I pre-covered the baking sheet with a silicone mat.

Lubricate each cutlet with kefir.

Then sprinkle with paprika and spread the paprika with a brush all over the cutlet so that the finished cutlets look appetizing.

We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

The main thing is not to overexpose the cutlets - be guided by your spirit and the size of the cutlets - it may take less time.

Enjoy your meal!
