Not so long ago in one of my menus for the day, I told how I decided to cook myself a chocolate cake with cottage cheese cream and strawberries for breakfast. There was just a little strawberry left.
The cake turned out to be so tender, airy and fragrant that I decided to share with you the simplest recipe, despite the fact that I did not take photos of the cooking process.
After all, the basis of the cake is everyone's favorite oatmeal, only chocolate.

Later, I nevertheless decided to make a similar cake again, but instead of strawberries I used a pear.
✅ For the cake, I used the following products (for 1 serving):
- dry oatmeal - 45 g,
- kefir - 30 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- 20 g cocoa,
- 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- soft cottage cheese (or natural yogurt) - 60 g,
- 100 g strawberries or 150 g pears.

Here's how to make one of your favorite breakfasts for those who are losing weight.
I like to grind the oatmeal in a blender so that it doesn't come across in pieces. You can grind yourself several times and just weigh the right amount, or you can grind it per serving each time.
Every time I grind my oatmeal, I still use a blender for further kneading the dough - it's faster for me and the consistency is more uniform.
So, grind the oatmeal, add kefir, an egg, a pinch of baking powder, 2 sachets of sahzam to it (if we want sweet oatmeal and a pinch of salt - if we cook, for example, with a fish filling lightly salted).
Instead of kefir, I use milk, and sour cream, and soft cottage cheese - what is in the refrigerator at the moment.
For the cake in question, I also added 20 g of cocoa to the dough.
Bake the oatmeal in a skillet over medium heat on both sides. I am using a non-stick skillet. You can grease it with a drop of vegetable oil (this is not more than 1 g).
Next, mix soft cottage cheese (or yogurt - not drinking!) With 2 sachets of sahzam and grease the oatmeal. If desired, you can add a little vanillin to the curd.
We prepare strawberries - cut them into slices.
The second time I grated a pear on a coarse grater and mixed it with cottage cheese.
Cut the pancake into 4 parts and fold the resulting triangles on top of each other, adding strawberries to each layer.
I put the upper triangle with the greased side down.
Poured with date syrup and garnished with berries.
Divine!
