Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.

Well, that's the end of the New Year holidays and soon everyone will be back to work.
Stop relaxing and it's time to get up again and adjust your diet, maintain a calorie deficit and lose weight.
We won't have time to look back, but spring is already on the nose, and then summer is at hand.
We must meet spring and summer fully armed!
After such long festive feasts, it is time to remove excess fluid from the body, which means to restore the drinking regime (if you have forgotten about it).
Remember that water expels excess fluid from the body and removes swelling, no matter how strange it sounds.
My holidays in terms of food are swing. After New Year's Eve, I returned to the deficit and tried to maintain it for several days, but then there were walks and cafes. What could be a calorie deficit in a cafe for delicious Georgian cuisine?
And how not to celebrate Christmas in the family circle? Although I tried to keep the Christmas dinner (and the whole day of January 7th) light enough.
In the morning for breakfast I had two boiled eggs and PP profiteroles with cottage cheese filling (you can find the profiterole recipe at the end of the article in a reminder). And also green tea with jasmine.
Even on holidays, I do not forget to take vitamins.
Breakfast came out on 385 kcal.
I didn't prepare much food for the Christmas table.
I just marinated chicken in spices and yogurt for the night and baked it for dinner with quince in the oven.
I made beets with garlic and homemade mayonnaise (the recipe for mayonnaise can be found in the reminder), vegetable salad (for myself tucked separately sour cream 10%) and everyone wanted pickled mushrooms that we ourselves collected and marinated in summer.
And most importantly, we cooked the most fragrant mulled wine.
Such a set of dishes turned out to be on the table for a family and everyone was satisfied and satisfied.
Again, a minimum of time for cooking and the food is not very high in calories, tasty and satisfying.
The main thing is to create an atmosphere.
My dinner plate looked like this: 200g baked chicken breast, 100g baked quince, vegetable salad (150 g vegetables and 15 g sour cream), beet salad (80 g) and mushrooms (about 70 g). Plus a piece of whole grain bread (25 g).
In total, according to my calculations, the lunch came out 490 kcal.
And mulled wine accompanied us from lunch to dinner and in total turned out to be 350 kcal.
However, the dinner itself consisted of 40 g of low-fat cheese to mulled wine and several pieces of pineapple - 165 kcal.
As a result, it turned out 1390 kcal per day. And this is not even my norm, but a small deficit. Although I just ate too much for lunch.
But now the holidays are over, the swing mode from deficit to norm or even surplus is turned off.
It is necessary to drive off excess liquid and possibly eaten fat. But how much he ate over the holidays, I find out at the control weighing on Friday, January 10th. For all the time of the holidays, I didn’t even go to the scales, so as not to get upset and rest the way I want, without thinking about the stuck pounds.
Everything that has stuck to us so easily over the holidays will just as easily go away on a calorie deficit and we will continue our path to slimness.
