I know for sure that it is possible to lose weight deliciously, and it is also possible not to starve, to be well-fed and slim.

Today I want to tell you the recipe for curd cream mousse from Jeanne's subscriber.

Jeanne wrote to me and offered to try her low-calorie cake cream, which she spontaneously invented.

But Jeanne turned out not just a cream for the cake, but a completely independent dessert - curd-fruit mousse!

This is delicious! Yes - this is an amazing cream that can be applied, for example, low-calorie oatmeal cake, which many have already appreciated. But I also liked just the curd mousse, as an independent dessert.

Let's cook and enjoy a delicious dessert that will not harm our weight loss.

âś…Ingredients I used:

  • 200 g of regular cottage cheese (Zhanna, I took low-fat, but I try to use 5-9% cottage cheese),
  • 2 small pears or apples. I had pears with a total weight of 340 g (Jeanne used apples, it's a matter of taste),
  • 3 sachets of sweetener and a bag of vanillin (Jeanne suggested using a bag of vanilla sugar),
  • 60 g soft curd or yogurt (I used a little soft curd to improve the consistency, since I had a dry curd with normal curd).
  • cornbreads - 3 pcs for a cake,
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa for garnish.

Cooking.

Put water on fire and bring to a boil.

As soon as the water boils, we send pears (apples) into it.

My pears were hard and cooked for 10 minutes, during which time they became soft inside (Zhanna cooked apples for 6 minutes).

While the fruits are boiling, beat the cottage cheese with sweetener and vanilla well with a mixer. I also added soft curd to improve the consistency.

We take out the fruit, put it in cold water for a while. Then peel and core.

We send the peeled fruits to the mixer to the cottage cheese and beat everything well until smooth.

That's all! The yum is already ready.

You can just put it in a bowl, sprinkle with cocoa and enjoy a delicious dessert.

That's exactly what I did. But she left a part to make a cake for a snack the next day.

I made a very simple cake, with such a cream even ordinary bread will turn into a masterpiece.

For the cake, I took 3 cornbreads, greased them with cream, sprinkled with cocoa and decorated with blackberries.

The cake should be infused for a couple of hours and you can enjoy your tea!
