Today I want to offer you a quick recipe for curd fruit baskets.

We take a thin pita bread and cut it into squares of the size that is suitable for your cupcake molds.

Cottage cheese (it is better to take a drier vorog!) Mix with an egg, add sweetener and a pinch of vanillin. Mix well.

Cut the peach into small pieces. Peaches that are not very ripe are ideal.

You can use any berries and fruits that do not give a lot of juice.

We mix peaches with cottage cheese.

Lay out the muffin tins with pita squares, forming baskets.

We spread the curd-fruit mixture in the resulting baskets.

We send to the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

If the tips of the finished baskets are slightly burnt, they can always be broken off.

When serving, you can garnish with slices of fresh peach - it will be beautiful, and the taste will become more intense!

  • egg,
  • 3-4 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
