Thanks to calorie counting, I have baked goods, chocolate, dried fruits, and even ice cream in my diet. I eat delicious dishes that I try to just cook less high-calorie than everyone is used to.

By changing the diet a little and controlling it, you can achieve amazing results.

I'll tell you about my present day and share the menu for the day.

They say that June 17 is the hottest day in Moscow for 128 years.

Well, here I will not miss mine, for sure! All things have been redone, there is nothing urgent for work and plans to finally dare to swim! Yesterday I was unable to escape from the house.

In anticipation of swimming, I jumped up today at 5-30 in the morning. And I woke up at 5 in the morning and lay around a little.

And today I decided to cook myself a gorgeous breakfast - in vain that I got up so early.

And for breakfast I have a chocolate brownie on oatmeal with cottage cheese cream. I recently cooked something similar, but with strawberries. Alas, I have no strawberries. But there was a pear, which I added to the cream layer.

Garnished with date syrup.

Luxurious breakfast for 435 kcal.

Until 9 o'clock in the morning I had time to work and do something around the house, and at 9 o'clock I went to the quarry, which is 10 minutes from us, if you ride a bike and take your time.

The water is wonderful, I finally decided to take a dip. It melted from the heart.

After 11 o'clock the people began to pull themselves up - in the heat of the sun. On the contrary, I went home. On the way, I collected wildflowers, let them please them a little with their beauty, aroma and decorate one of my vases.

At home, I brewed green tea, weighed myself 40 g of dried mango and 20 g of peanuts - 210 kcal. And she set to work - there was still time before lunch.

For lunch, I finished boiled bulgur (150 g) and 200 g of chicken breast baked with pineapples.

It turned out to be a hearty lunch for 465 kcal.

For some reason, in the fresh air and after it I always want to eat, my appetite wakes up.

I spent the afternoon at the computer. Here I had to start blogging and edit another video with a recipe.

So it was carried on until the evening. And I also had to cook dinner - they ate everything on the sly, which was cooked for several days.

Yesterday I could not resist and bought one inflorescence of cauliflower - well, I really want various vegetables, but the price is still biting. But I couldn't get past the cauliflower.

I just boiled the cabbage, disassembled it into small inflorescences and stewed it in a saucepan, adding a little butter. Only salt and black pepper are spices. I didn't even fill it with an egg, as many do.

I just love this kind of cauliflower - a very simple cooking option.

For dinner - 200 g of stewed cauliflower - 90 kcal.

Dinner is usually at 5 pm on weekdays. And closer to 19 o'clock, I can drink tea with dried fruits, finish off the nuts, if left from the afternoon snack.

Today I wanted to eat ryazhenka 150 g in the evening, because the dinner was quite light.

I added 15 g of date syrup to the fermented baked milk for flavor. Came out on 195 kcal.

I really liked the syrup, so I began to add it everywhere.

As a result, the day went out to 1395 kcal.

Let me remind you that in hot weather you need to drink a little more water than usual so as not to dehydrate the body.
