Who said that you can't lose weight if you have pastries and different snacks? As much as possible, my minus 60 kg is proof of this.

The secret is that baking should be as low in calories as possible and do not forget to count the calories eaten. And then life will be wonderful and tasty.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for berry cheesecakes.

It is based on our favorite universal curd dough.

✅Cooking.

The first step is to knead the dough.

Curd dough is my favorite, universal dough. On it you can cook pizza, and bake buns, and pie, and muffins, and cheesecakes, and khachapuri!
I always try to lighten the curd dough, add less flour to it. Usually the proportions of flour and cottage cheese are 1 to 2.
This time I have 20 g of flour, but I cut it back. For 400 g of cottage cheese, I added 180 g of rice whole grain flour. It is harder to work with such a dough; hands must be moistened with water.

Mix cottage cheese, egg, vanillin, 4 sugar substitute sachets and flour with baking powder.

Knead the dough.

We divide it into parts. I did it right away on a silicone mat on which I would bake.

We form cheesecakes - 6 pieces. The sides must be raised higher, as they will fall off a little during baking.

We send the cheesecakes to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

While the base is baking, we are preparing the filling.

I cut the strawberries into 3-4 parts, peeled the cherries and divided them into 2 halves.

Mix 10 g cornstarch, 1 sachet sachet and 100 ml water.

Pour into a saucepan and heat. Then add strawberries to the starch mixture and cook until thickened.

We do the same with cherries. Prepare the starch mixture and cook the cherries in it until thickened.

We spread the filling on a semi-finished base of cheesecakes.

We send it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Adjust the cooking time in your oven.
