I donāt remember at what time now I will write what I want to write. But I just have to - write it.
Those who have been with me for some time have tried and realized that a calorie deficit works.
And for those who first came to visit me, I still have to briefly explain how calorie counting and their deficit works.
I'll tell you about today and the menu.
It happens that you do not know at all what to eat, although the refrigerator would not say that it is empty?
This morning I had such a mood - well, I don't know what to eat, I don't want anything from what I have.
And I even know why - because exactly what I want is missing in the refrigerator. Therefore, breakfast today - eggs, which always save in such situations and a sandwich.
So, breakfast - two boiled eggs and 30 g of bread with squash caviar (70 g). I drank green tea at breakfast.
Received 320 kcal.
Yesterday suddenly turned out to be a day off, which means today you have to work hard.
I spent almost the whole day at the computer, only ran to the store in the late afternoon to cook something for her own.
During work I had a snack with a kind of dessert.
I mixed 150 g of curdled milk, 130 g of raspberries and poured all this with date syrup. It turned out so delicious that I was even surprisedš¤£.
And all 170 kcal.
I earned it and only came to my senses by lunchtime. It's good that I had food prepared for a few days.
For lunch I decided to eat a chum salmon steak (160 g - raw weight), which I fried yesterday without oil on the electric grill.
There was also boiled young potatoes, but I decided not to embarrass you and not eat potatoes for two days in a row (otherwise everyone is so afraid of him, someone else gets excited). And besides potatoes, there was only boiled buckwheat. So I decided to eat it - 140 g.
And I also diluted all this with 100 g of tomato, and poured 10 g of narsharab sauce on the fish - that's how I wanted it.
Lunch went out on 400 kcal.
After lunch, she poured green tea, weighed 3 dates for 40 g - 125 kcal and back to work.
Closer to the time when I had to think about dinner, I was going to the store. And as evil - rain. I had to run to the store and back in the rain. Well, also some kind of physical education - no Š½ŠøŠŗŠ°Šŗ.
For myself for dinner I made pasta with minced chicken, which I had left from cooking another dish.
I warmed the minced chicken (100 g), added finely chopped tomato, dry basil and garlic and 100 g of boiled hard pasta, which I boiled for everyone as a side dish. And all this was sprinkled with 20 g of cheese.
Dinner for 360 kcal.
We have an early dinner at 17 o'clock usually.
And at 19 o'clock I ate 100 g of raspberries for 50 kcal - the remains are sweetš.
In total it turned out in a day 1425 kcal.
I donāt forget about some water. I donāt know about you, but as soon as I donāt drink my norm (about 2.2 liters) so immediately on the scales, plus the next day, the liquid is delayed. It is worth a couple of days to drink water in the prescribed amount - all the excess liquid immediately goes away.
I have practically no photographs from the life when I was 130 kg. Who likes to look at herself like that?
