Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
January 4 - Someone just stops eating New Year's treats. And my plan is the opposite - a delicious day with a bust of calories, which I'm not going to count today.
I already left the holiday on January 1 and keep my deficit, but it's time for me to take a walk).
For breakfast today, I have sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (55 g) with cheese (40 g), as well as butter (5 g) and carp caviar (25 g). Breakfast is not complete without green tea with jasmine.
I got breakfast for 390 kcal.
But then the day turned out so that I forgot about counting calories. But this is what I planned and yesterday I ate even less than the deficit I needed, so that today's bust would not have too much effect on the process of losing weight.
Today I went to the correction of the arrows and eyebrows (remember I told you that I decided on a tattoo?).
Everything healed and today after the correction I was very pleased. All that needed to be corrected was corrected, all my wishes were taken into account. And now you can forget about makeup for several years. 5 minutes - mascara and lipstick, and I'm ready to go out.
I recommend it to those who are not afraid to be patient a little.
Today I am a little swollen after correction, but without wasting time on the weekend, we visited a cafe of Georgian cuisine.
We decided to order several dishes (one each) for two with my husband and try everything.
Today I ate dolma baked with suluguni tomatoes, khachapuri on a spit and Megrelian khachapuri, as well as one khinkali (I could not master it anymore).
The only thing I ate whole was khachapuri on a spit:
The feeling was that I had eaten several days in advance. I didn't eat like that on New Year's Eve))). But everything is so tasty that it is impossible to stop.
For some reason, we like Georgian cuisine lately, but we are already fed up with sushi and rolls. I would like to load something other than rolls, although I have not stopped loving them.
It sounds strange from a slimming person - I'm fed up with rolls, right?) For many, it's generally higher than understanding that you can eat deliciously, indulge in sweets and loading days, celebrate holidays and lose weight.
And I also noticed from the comments on my holiday menu, where I talk about the fact that after New Year's Eve I want regular food - soup, cottage cheese and buckwheat - there are a lot of those who begin to write that there is soup on holidays - this is nonsense (I still gently generalized this comments).
Is it really just food for people? Eating up all the Olivier and sausage and not forgetting about the cake is a holiday?
And it was like this for me - a holiday is an opportunity to eat deliciously and eat a lot. But this is over. Yes, and I can no longer eat as before. I really want light soup, cottage cheese - simple food.
But not today. Because at home we had an evening of hockey and an amber drink.

But there is no photo, because, having entered VDNKh, we were simply disappointed. A lot of people, a skating rink and so-so New Year's atmosphere. You cannot compare with the center of Moscow, of course. I didn't even want to take a photo, just to be.
I was also thinking. Surely you all walk on holidays - share the beauty of your cities?
