Airy custard buns. Only 4 ingredients

Admin

I want to share a very cool recipe for delicious buns. They are soft, airy - they just melt in your mouth. It is not difficult to cook them, and most importantly inexpensive - because you need only 4 ingredients, or rather even 3, because one of them is water :)))

Ingredients:

Flour
Eggs
Margarine
Water

So, we knead the dough for our buns. We need 1 glass of water. Pour water into a saucepan, add 150g diced baking margarine and place on the stove.

We are waiting for the margarine to completely melt and the mass boils. Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately add 1 cup flour. When adding flour, stir the dough constantly with a spoon. And stir it until it becomes homogeneous and does not move away from the sides of the pan.

Now we are waiting for the dough to cool a little and add eggs - 5 pieces. We drive them in one by one. One broke - stirred thoroughly until smooth, then the second and again you need to stir well. And so with all the eggs.

Then grease the baking sheet with butter, put in baking paper and spread small pieces of dough at a distance from each other. It is most convenient to spread the dough with a spoon, dipping it in cold water each time.

We bake the buns in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees (preheat in advance) for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking! Otherwise, the dough will settle and the buns will not turn out so airy.

IMPORTANT: As you can see, the dough is prepared without salt and without sugar. Then the buns need to be cut and filled with any filling - sweet or salty. If you want to make buns without filling, then add salt / sugar to your taste during the kneading step. Bon appetit, friends!
