Lightly salted tomatoes with instant garlic. Yummy

This recipe is a bomb! Everyone who tried these tomatoes later asked for supplements and begged me for a recipe. Very tasty, prepared quickly and easily, it is impossible to tear yourself away from them! Cook and you))))

Ingredients:

Tomatoes
Garlic
Greens
Salt
Sugar
Spice
Currant and cherry leaves
Vinegar
Water

We need 1 kg of tomatoes. We take medium-sized tomatoes, without damage. Mine, wipe it dry and make a small, shallow cut on each tomato with a sharp knife. The photo above shows what the cut should be.

Now we insert chopped garlic cloves into each incision. I cut it finely enough, for 1 kg of tomato I take 7-8 cloves. Mix 4 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar. We put the tomatoes in a jar, pouring them with a mixture of salt and sugar.

Also put a couple of bay leaves in a jar, 2-3 currant and cherry leaves, chopped dill (herbs), 3-4 peas of black pepper, optionally add cloves and any other spices you like. Leave the tomatoes in this form for 20-30 minutes.

Now we boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan. After boiling, remove from the stove, wait for about 2 minutes and pour in the tomatoes. Pour 1.5 teaspoons of vinegar 9% into the jar and cover with a lid. We leave the jar on the table, wait for it to cool completely at room temperature.

Then we put the tomatoes in the refrigerator. After 10-12 hours you can already try them. Delicious! By the way, tomatoes can be stored in this brine for a long time. But keep in mind: the longer they are in the brine, the saltier they get. Therefore, if you want exactly salted tomatoes, then eat them right away. Bon appetit, friends!
