The recipe for delicious pickled peppers! I cook a few cans every year, eat everything! Therefore, I want to do more this year. Write down the recipe so as not to lose it, it's very good!

Ingredients:

Sweet pepper
garlic
celery (greens)
salt
sugar
vinegar
oil
Bay leaf
black peppercorns

We need 3 kg of sweet peppers. It is advisable to take ripe, fleshy and dense peppers, then the appetizer will turn out to be even tastier.

My peppers, cut off the "tails" and remove the seeds. We wash it inside and put it aside for now.

We clean 200 grams of garlic. I honestly do not weigh the garlic, but take it by eye - usually it is 5-6 heads of medium size. If the heads are large, then four are enough. Divide the garlic into cloves, peel. You don't need to grind it.

Now let's prepare the marinade. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add 250 ml of vegetable oil, 200 ml of vinegar 9%, put half a glass of sugar, 2.5 tablespoons of salt, 4 bay leaves and 7-8 peas of black pepper.

As soon as the marinade boils, put the peppers in it and cook for 2-3 minutes, constantly turning them over. Then we take out the pepper and put it in prepared jars, shifting it with cloves of garlic and celery. The pepper can be put in a jar whole, or cut in half if it is large.

We fill the jars with marinade, then sterilize for 20-30 minutes, depending on the volume of the jar and roll up. Delicious Armenian-style pickled peppers are ready.
