So simple and so delicious! I share my favorite cabbage casserole recipe. It is not only tasty, but also very satisfying, as it contains minced meat. And most importantly, it is easy and quick to prepare - literally 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
cabbage
minced meat
onion
eggs
tomato paste
natural yogurt or sour cream
salt
spice
vegetable oil
We need half a medium head of cabbage. Finely chop and throw in lightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Then we put the cabbage in a colander.
Cut one onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Then add 500 grams of minced meat (any) to the onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let's make the sauce. In a bowl, mix 100 ml of natural yogurt or sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and black pepper to taste.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, spread half of the cabbage, distribute all the minced meat on top. Pour the minced meat with yogurt (sour cream) and tomato paste sauce. We take half of the sauce.
Next, add the remaining cabbage, the remaining sauce and top with two beaten eggs.
Cook casserole "Lazy cabbage roll" in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit, friends!
