Delicious, spicy and very aromatic vegetable seasoning that goes well with any dish. I add it to soups, main courses, sauces, salads - in general, wherever you want spice.

Ingredients:

Garlic
Spicy pepper
Bell pepper
Tomatoes
Hmeli-suneli
Salt
Vegetable oil

We take 500 g of sweet pepper, peel, rinse and stuff it with garlic cloves. We need garlic 300 gr. Pass the pepper stuffed with garlic through a meat grinder.

You can, of course, skip the pepper and garlic separately, but I do it exactly as described above - I stuff it. Because when passed through a meat grinder, the inner walls of the pepper absorb essential oils and the aroma of garlic. As a result, the seasoning is tastier and more aromatic.

Now we pass 200 g of red hot pepper without stalks through a meat grinder, we also scroll through a 500 g tomato.

Add 50g of suneli hops (well, or to taste), you can add any other seasonings or do without them altogether - choose yourself how you like it.

Now add 5 tablespoons of top salt, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly. If desired, crushed walnuts can be added to this seasoning.

We store the seasoning in glass jars with a tightly closed lid. Since it turns out to be spicy and salty, it does not deteriorate for a long time, it stands quietly with me until spring, and then it just ends. Bon appetit, dear friends!
