Today I will teach you how to deliciously pickle overgrown cucumbers. The recipe is very simple, but it turns out incredibly tasty!
I always use overripe cucumbers and don't throw them away. I use them for cooking cucumbers in my own juice (grating), and I also have one recipe, which I will share today.
So, we take 2 kg of cucumbers, wash them and peel them. Then we cut each cucumber lengthwise into 6 parts and then also each part in half.
Next, take 5-7 cloves of garlic, rub on the finest grater or pass through a garlic press. Finely chop a bunch of dill.
Now we shift the cucumbers into a saucepan, add half a glass of vegetable oil, half a glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt, half a glass of vinegar 9% and one teaspoon of ground black pepper.
We also add chopped garlic, dill and mix everything. Cover the saucepan with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Then we put the cucumbers in half-liter jars. We put it tightly enough, cover the jars with lids and sterilize until the cucumbers slightly darken.
After that, we roll up the cans, turn them upside down and leave them in this position for a day. Then we put it in a cool place. Bon appetit, dear friends!
