An excellent recipe for those who are limited in time, but want to cook something tasty and satisfying. This is a pita-based pie. Lavash is a great thing, you can cook a huge number of dishes with it, there are countless options.
For the cake, I took 2 sheets of lavash and cut it to the size of the form in which the cake will be baked. I got 6 sheets.
Each sheet of pita bread must be dipped in an egg-milk mixture before putting it into a mold. To do this, mix 3 eggs and 6 tablespoons of milk.
There will be two types of filling in the pie: cottage cheese with herbs and cheese. Rustic cottage cheese needs to be salted and added with chopped greens, I have parsley. You can take any cheese.
So, at the bottom of the form we put a pre-moistened sheet of pita bread, then a few tablespoons of cottage cheese and then cheese.
The next layer is again pita bread, we do this with all the ingredients. The last layer will be a sheet of pita bread. On top, I pour the remaining egg mixture.
Sprinkle generously with cheese and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
The feast will begin to rise.

The cake should be allowed to stand for about 10 minutes for it to take its original shape.
