Not every day you want to cook meat, so today the recipe is without its "participation". A very tasty, healthy and hearty casserole, which, in combination with vegetables, can easily replace dinner.
So, the first thing to do is fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until tender. When frying vegetables, I make sure to salt them, so the taste of vegetables is brighter. At the same time, you need to put buckwheat on the fire to boil.
While the onions and carrots are fried, you need to chop the cabbage and mash it well with your hands after salt.
Next, in a large container, you need to mix cabbage, buckwheat and fried vegetables.
Now add three eggs and grated cheese, mix well again and put in a baking dish.
Now I grease the casserole with sour cream and send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes to bake at 180 degrees. Sour cream can be replaced with cheese.
I cut the finished casserole into portioned pieces not earlier than after 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients: Fresh cabbage 400 grams, buckwheat 0.5 cups, 1 onion, 1 medium-sized carrot, hard cheese 100 grams, 3 eggs, sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons
