I cook oatmeal in water according to the instructions on the package. I always use oatmeal, which takes a long time to cook. So there is a chance to get more vitamins and fiber.
When the porridge is almost ready, add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk powder to the pan (you can replace it with regular or almond milk, but then you need to reduce the amount of water). I cook for a few more minutes and turn it off, start preparing the "ukusnitel". This is a real bomb!
I send one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of sugar to the pan, heat it until caramel forms. Next, I send the banana cut into circles, mix well so that the resulting caramel envelops each piece.
Now there is little left to do - giving π. On top of the porridge, I must sprinkle with coconut.
