1 can canned corn
3 boiled eggs
1 medium cucumber
3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of juice in which the tuna was stored
salt to taste
Cut the cucumber and eggs into cubes or strips. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, you can season with both oil and mayonnaise.
The third salad can generally be prepared in 3 minutes. This salad is not only tasty, but also very healthy, perfect for losing weight.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 tomatoes
1 can of canned beans (boiled)
Salad onion 1 pc
Cut the tomatoes and avocado into cubes, the onion into strips, mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with vegetable oil.
