Today the recipe is a find for those who love cabbage rolls, but do not like to cook them (like meπ). This dish may well serve as a substitute for stuffed cabbage, because it is absolutely not inferior in taste, but it is prepared faster and much less manipulation.
So, let's start by preparing minced meat. You can take absolutely any, I have beef + chicken today. Add a large onion chopped with a blender, a couple of garlic cloves and 1-2 peeled tomatoes to the minced meat. Tomatoes can be substituted with one tablespoon of tomato paste.
It is also necessary to salt the minced meat, add your favorite spices. Now it's the cabbage's turn. It needs to be finely chopped, you can use a food processor, it will be much faster.
Chopped cabbage needs to be salted and mash well with your hands so that it becomes soft and begins to secrete juice.
Now you can start "assembling" the dish. I grease the baking dish well with vegetable oil and spread one third of the total volume of cabbage on the bottom.
With the next layer I send half of the minced meat into the mold. You do not need to tamp the layers too much, so the casserole will turn out to be juicier. The result is three layers of cabbage and two layers of minced meat.
The final touch is to smear the top layer of cabbage with sour cream, good, fatty. Next, the casserole is sent to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
After the casserole is ready, you need to let it stand for about 10 minutes, so that the released juices "come back".
I can't write down the exact data on the amount of ingredients, I did everything "by eye", but I think, if you wish, you can easily repeat the recipe without numbers. It will still turn out delicious, I guarantee.
