Today the recipe is bomb, I highly recommend keeping it for yourself and be sure to cook it. Everyone will love these bits, I promise! You can cook from any fish, I make from two types of fish - white and red (it tastes better).
Today I have 400 grams of pollock fillets and 300 grams of chum salmon fillets.
I cut the fish finely with a knife, I do not recommend using a blender, just the pieces are needed, so the meatballs are juicier. Fillets can be minced with a meat grinder using a coarse sieve.
Put the chopped fish into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
I cut one small onion as small as possible, and rub the carrots on a fine grater. I add them to the fish.
Then I add one egg, 3-4 tablespoons of boiled rice and about 50 grams of grated cheese. Cheese can be replaced with sour cream, add a couple of tablespoons.
Be sure to add salt and black pepper and mix well.
From the resulting minced meat I form cutlets and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, for the last 3 minutes I cover the pan with a lid.
The meatballs are incredibly tasty, aromatic and juicy. Even my two-year-old child, who is very difficult to feed with meat and fish, ate them with great pleasure. So I recommend ๐.

Cheese 50 grams (sour cream 2 tablespoons)
