I only try to follow simple rules, cook tasty, varied and with health benefits, I can share recipes for those dishes that I cook for my child. Today I will tell you about "Kamchatka" dumplings, which my child "eats" with great pleasure.
I'll start with the dough: I've rarely gotten a good dumpling dough, but I recently found a cool recipe, and now everything is working out perfectly.
Ingredients:
Water - 200 Milliliters
Egg - 1 Piece
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Flour - 400-500 Grams (whole wheat wheat)
It turns out a good dough and quite tight.
Now the filling.
Everyone knows that sea fish is very useful and a source of healthy fats. I need just such a fish for these dumplings, I took coho salmon. I minced the fish meat (400 grams) by adding a small onion to it. Salt and pepper and add one tablespoon of homemade butter for juiciness.
She rolled out the dough 0.5 cm thick and cut out juices for dumplings with the help of a glass. And then, as usual, she put on dumplings and froze.
I try to keep such dumplings in the freezer for no more than two weeks.
