Most likely, many have already picked up a menu for the New Year's table. But, you can always introduce something else. Therefore, I want to offer you a recipe for an interesting and tasty salad, which you might want to prepare for the New Year's celebration!
Cooking ingredients:
Chicken breast - 500 g
Bulb onions - 1-2 pcs.
Fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs. (250 g)
Chicken eggs - 3-4 pcs.
Milk - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper
For refueling - mayonnaise, or sour cream, or Greek yogurt
Chicken breast for this salad will need to be fried, but first we rinse it and cut it into oblong small pieces. Then transfer to a bowl, add a little salt, black pepper, and mix.
Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up, spread the sliced breast, and fry over medium heat until tender... The chicken pieces should be golden brown.
While the chicken breast is fried, peel the onion, cut into quarters / rings, cut the cucumber into strips.
We will prepare an egg mixture for pancakes from the eggs. To do this, break eggs into a bowl, pour in milk, vegetable oil, put a little salt, ground black pepper, and beat with a mixer or just a whisk.
We bake thin pancakes from the egg mixture - on average, you will get 5 pcs.
We cut the pancakes into thin strips, having previously rolled them into rolls.
We put all the prepared ingredients in one bowl, add mayonnaise or sour cream as a dressing, and mix. On this, as if the whole process of preparing the salad has already ended, it can be laid out in a beautiful salad bowl and served to the table, BUT...
But, you can do without a beautiful salad bowl, but use an ordinary flat plate and an assembly ring. And on top you can also decorate with grated cheese and cucumber slices. In my opinion it is very beautiful - and delicious, we have already tasted it!
