There are times when you want to cook something unusual for tea, but you don't want to bother with cooking for a long time.

Today I will offer you a recipe delicious curd cake, which even a novice hostess can cook - here you don't even need to knead the dough! And all the required ingredients are usually always in the kitchen and in the refrigerator.

The pie turns out to be so tasty that it can be said to be eaten in one sitting - therefore I recommend making a double portion. Each piece melts right in your mouth!

Cooking ingredients:

For sand crumbs:
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
Flour - 150 g
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 300 g
Sugar - 50 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - to taste

Getting started cooking ...

First, let's prepare the sand crumbs. Sift flour into a bowl, add cocoa powder, sugar, vanillin and baking powder. Mix everything with a regular spoon or whisk.

Then put the chilled butter, cut into pieces and crush it with your hands. We do everything quickly so that the butter does not melt under the influence of the warmth of our hands. The sand crumb is ready, we leave it aside for now.

Now we begin to prepare the curd filling. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, break the egg and use a submersible blender or just use a fork (crush) to grind into a homogeneous mass.

Next, add all the other ingredients and mix. So the filling is ready... Everything takes you literally 10 minutes!

Now we take a baking dish - and, preferably, it should be detachable (the size of my baking dish is 18 cm). Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper - this will make it easier to remove the cake from the mold. Pour in 1/4 of the sand crumbs and tamp lightly with a spoon.

Put 1/3 of the curd filling on top.

And how do we repeat all the remaining layers. We send the cake to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 35-40 minutes.

Let the finished cake cool for some time right in the form and only then take it out. The pie turns out to be the most tender, very juicy and moderately sweet! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
