In most cases, all housewives are looking for simple and affordable homemade baking recipes, and at the same time with a minimal (and inexpensive) set of ingredients.

Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe incredibly tasty, airy sugar buns, with an interesting name "Shvaldyshki". The recipe is not new, it is even more correct to say very old - but, as they say, "Maybe someone will come in handy!"

I cook my favorite small buns for tea "Shvaldyshki" - very soft and tasty: and costs less than 100 rubles

The buns according to this recipe are very soft, with a thin crispy sugar crust. And it's very easy to prepare!

And at the same time, the entire set of products will cost less than 100 rubles.

Ingredients for making sugar buns:

Milk - 250 ml
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp l. (You can also use fresh pressed yeast-15-18 g)
Margarine - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 120 g
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Unscented sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Flour - 500-550 g

Getting started cooking ...

First thing... Heat the milk slightly, pour it into a bowl, where we will knead the dough, add 2 tsp. tablespoons of sugar, yeast, salt and mix. In this case, I am using fast acting dry yeast, so I immediately continue the further process of making the dough. But, if you use ordinary dry yeast or pressed, then it is better to leave this mixture in a warm place for about 15 minutes to activate the yeast and form a "yeast cap". Then add the eggs and mix well again.

Next, sift the flour and knead the soft dough. At the end of the batch, pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Do not overdo it with flour, add in portions.

Put the bowl with the dough in a warm place, for about one hour - the dough should rise well.

We transfer the dough that has come to the work surface of the table, sprinkle it with flour a little, knead it, and divide it into small identical pieces. On average, it turns out 10-12 parts, weighing 80-90 g. We round each piece well.

Now, put the margarine in a small separate bowl and melt it (if you don’t like margarine and don’t use it in baking - take butter, it certainly won’t get any worse), cool it a little. Pour sugar into another bowl - about 100 g. Next, we take alternately formed rounds from the dough and first dip in margarine (about half), and then roll in sugar.

We put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, at a short distance from each other.

And, we send to bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees on 20-25 minutes. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
