Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to greet everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!

If you are looking for (and want to find) a recipe for some simple cookies, then today I will offer, to your attention, a recipe for the simplest curd cookies.

On my channel there are several more recipes in the same format - that is, fast, inexpensive and tasty, and at the very end of this article I will publish links to them.

Cooking ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 350 g
Butter - 250 g
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Vanillin - to taste
Flour - 400 g
A little sugar to sprinkle

In advance, before cooking, you need to get the oil out of the refrigerator so that it becomes a little soft. Then we cut it into small pieces and add to the bowl of curd. Also put in a pinch of salt, a little vanilla or vanilla sugar, or vanilla essence - that's what you have. In principle, you do not need to add sugar to the dough, as there will be sugar topping, and this is enough for sweetness. But, a sweet tooth can add a spoonful of sugar -

and this will certainly be enough !!!

Now, using a whisk, or a fork, or even a submersible mixer, grind everything into a homogeneous mass. It's convenient for me to do it just with a crush.

Next, sift the flour along with the baking powder, and knead the soft dough. It will stick a little to your hands, but you shouldn't add more flour - this is a proven amount already. After kneading, wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After refrigeration, the dough will be denser and not sticky.

After half an hour, we take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into several parts and roll it out on the working surface, lightly dusting it with flour, into a layer 0.7-0.8 cm thick. And then we cut it out with the help of special cuttings or just a glass of various types of cookies. Or simply cut into squares.

Now we dip the cookies in sugar with one side, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send them to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees - literally for 12-15 minutes. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!

But links to other cookie recipes are also very easy and simple recipes:
