Any housewife should have at least 8-10 quick salad recipes written in her cookbook... Which can be cooked literally in 10 minutes, and from simple products. This is very useful if guests unexpectedly come to visit you... Or when you need to quickly set the table for a family meal.
In addition, salads and other quick dishes are often the most delicious.
And today I want to offer you a recipe for a simple, quick and very tasty salad with beans.
Cooking ingredients:
Canned beans - 1 can
Peking cabbage (or white cabbage) - 300-400 g
Boiled (or baked) chicken breast - 300 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Green onions - to taste
Salt, black pepper
For refueling: sour cream, mustard
Now many will shower me with slippers, they say... "What kind of quick salad is this if you need to cook chicken breast?"
Yes, it may take a little longer to cook than 10 minutes if you cook the chicken breast the usual way. On average, chicken breast is cooked for 30 minutes... But, if you pre-cut it into small pieces, the cooking time will be reduced to 15-20 minutes... And there is an even faster way to cook chicken breast. Microwave !!!
Cut the breast in two, put it in a microwave-safe bowl, fill it with hot water, add a little salt, and put it in the microwave. At full power, the breast will be ready in 8 minutes !!! Checked!
It remains only to cut it into small cubes.
Put the canned beans from the jar into a colander or sieve and rinse with cold water.
If you use white cabbage in a salad, I recommend chopping it thinly, and then squeezing it a little with your hands until soft. We shred the Chinese cabbage a little larger, and it does not need to be squeezed. I like to use Chinese cabbage more.
Cut the onions into quarters \ into rings or half rings, simply chop the green onions... as usual.
We put all the prepared ingredients in one bowl ...
Salt, pepper to taste, add 2-3 tbsp tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tsp. l. mustard and mix. Salad ready! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
