Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe!
Canned green peas are sold in stores in glass or iron cans, filled with delicious marinade (or brine). Someone mercilessly pours out this marinade, some can use / drink it.
And today I want to invite you to cook very tasty from this marinade mayonnaise... Or sauce - that's who you like more! As for me - it is full-bodied thick mayonnaise, with a slight aftertaste of canned peas. Plus, lean ...
Cooking ingredients:
Pickle (marinade) from 1 can of canned peas
Salt - 1/3 tsp l.
Sugar - 1 tsp l. without slide
Vinegar 9% - 2 tsp l.
Mustard - 1 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - about 250 ml, or a little more
Let's get started ...
We open the jar with canned green peas and pour the whole marinade into some container - a tall glass is better. As I said, I put the peas in the salad, and from the marinade in just 1 minute I make a very tasty and thick mayonnaise - no worse than the store mayonnaise, only with a slight aftertaste of canned peas.
To whip up the mayonnaise (sauce), I use the tall measuring cup that comes with the hand blender. Put salt, sugar, mustard in a glass with marinade and pour in vinegar... Mustard can be any - Russian, Dijon, French... You have to try it and decide which mustard tastes better for you!
Now pour in vegetable oil somewhere in 50-60 ml.
The density of mayonnaise directly depends on the amount of oil - the more you pour it, the thicker the mayonnaise (sauce) will be, but don't overdo it... By the way, with an ordinary mixer, you can beat it just as well.
And now, in fact, a salad dressed with this mayonnaise! Delicious! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
Also, I would like to ask the knowledgeable - is there still pickle or marinade in a jar of peas ???
Sincerely, Oksana!
