Today I want to bring to your attention another baking recipe for tea - a lush, aromatic chocolate cake with bananas. Even a young housewife will cope with its preparation, and at the same time all products are available.

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 200 g
Milk - 250 ml
Oil - 50 ml
Vanillin - to taste
A pinch of salt (for flavor balance)
Cocoa powder - 50 g
Baking powder - 2 tsp l.
Flour - 250 g
Bananas - 3-4 pcs.

Getting started cooking ...

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanillin and, using a mixer, beat into a fluffy homogeneous mass.

Next, pour in milk and vegetable oil and make a few more turns with a mixer.

Sift the flour together with cocoa powder and baking powder and gently knead a homogeneous, fairly liquid dough with a spatula or spoon.

Now we take the bananas, peel and cut them into small "barrels". And put them in a cut into a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil.

Gently pour the prepared dough on top. It's okay if the bananas move out a little, they can be carefully "put in place", and it's also okay if the bananas protrude above the level of the dough - during the baking process the dough will rise well and will completely cover bananas.

We bake a cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees near 45 minutes. And so it turns out so magnificent! The finished cake can be poured with melted chocolate or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar. Delicious and moderately moist. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
