I propose a simple recipe for making Pancakes with milk. This recipe makes a stack of pancakes and hardly anyone can refuse sweet, aromatic, fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple or chocolate syrup.

Break eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a whisk.
Pour in milk and stir.
Add baking powder to the flour, sift through a sieve into the egg-milk mixture. Stir so that there are no lumps of flour.
Set the dough aside for 10-15 minutes, and then add vegetable oil, stir.
You should get a mass in density, like condensed milk.
If the dough is thin, add flour, and thick - milk.
Preheat skillet, heat medium-high and pour dough into dry skillet.
Fry on one side until bubbles appear, then turn to the other side.
On the other hand, fry for about a minute.
This recipe produces 11 pancakes with a diameter of 10-11 cm.
Ingredients:
Eggs 3pcs
Sugar 130g (sugar can be reduced if desired)
Milk 100ml
Vanilla sugar 2g
Flour 180g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Baking powder 10g
A pinch of salt
