The salad with carrots and tuna is very tasty and light due to the freshness of the carrots. This salad is very easy and quick to prepare.
Pickle the onions for the salad.
Cut 1 onion into cubes.
Put the chopped onion in a bowl and add 1 tsp to it. l. sugar, 0.5 tsp l. salt.
Pour 2 tbsp. l. vinegar. I used apple, but you can also table 9%.
Then pour boiling water over everything and stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer.
Cut 3 boiled eggs into cubes.
2 fresh carrots, with a total weight of 200 g, three on a coarse grater.
Knead 1 can of tuna into smaller pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Salt a little and season with 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l. unsweetened salad yogurt. Or you can season it separately with mayonnaise or yogurt.

canned tuna - 1 can (185 g)
red onion - 1 pc.
canned green peas - 1 can
mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
unsweetened salad yogurt - 1 tbsp. l.
salt to taste
Marinade:
boiling water - 1/2 cup
vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l.
sugar - 1 tsp l.
salt - 1/2 tsp l.
