You have never tasted such yummy! Soft, tender and very tasty Pita bread. The recipe for a quick and delicious cake. With a crispy crust on the outside, it's so fragrant and juicy on the inside that it can't possibly stop. Convenient to take with you as a snack.
Ingredients
- 350 gr chicken fillet / boiled /
- 1 pack of pita bread
- 1 pc onion
- 200 gr cheese
- 3-4 tooth garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 500 gr mushrooms
- to taste spices, salt
Steps
Chop onion, mushrooms, garlic and boiled chicken fillet into small cubes.
Cheese - three on a coarse grater.
Cut the lavash into pieces in a baking dish.
Fill:
Beat the egg, sour cream and salt well with a whisk.
Fry onion and mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.
Put the chopped chicken fillet in the pan. Mix everything well.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Put a sheet of pita bread in the mold, grease it with fill.
Top with mushrooms with chicken.
Then cheese.
Then pita bread again.
Do this with all layers.
The top layer of pita bread is poured with fill.
We bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
