The cheesecakes are prepared according to this recipe, they are tender and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp flour (2 tablespoons in the dough, and 2 tablespoons for breading)
- vegetable oil
Steps
So we take cottage cheese, add regular and vanilla sugar to it, and begin to grind the mixture with a fork.
Then add the egg, salt, flour, mix well until smooth.
Using a tablespoon, form small balls from the dough obtained, give them a flatter shape and bread in flour.
Preheat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. We spread the dough and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
