"Prince" salad A competitor to the Olivier salad. There are few ingredients, all are available, but you just can't tear yourself away from the salad. It turns out very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr Beef
  • 2-3 pcs (200 gr) Pickled cucumbers
  • 2-3 tooth Garlic
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 100 gr Walnuts
  • to taste Mayonnaise

Steps

Beef 500 g needs to be boiled, I do it in advance in the evening to save time for cooking.

Cut into strips or can be divided into fibers by hand. Boil 4 eggs and cut into small cubes. Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs, weighing about 200 gr. cut into cubes. Grate 2-3 cloves of garlic on a fine grater or cut into cubes. Add garlic to cucumbers and stir. We collect the salad, put a ring on my plate with a diameter of 16 cm.

Put half the meat in the first layer, grease it well with mayonnaise. Put half of the chopped cucumbers and garlic in the second layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Put half the eggs in the third layer and grease with mayonnaise. Now we repeat the layers, the second half of the meat, the second half of the cucumbers, the remaining eggs. Lightly chop walnuts 100 g with a blender or chop with a knife. And put it on top of the salad in the last layer.

Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours and remove the ring.
